LITERACY WEEK SCHEDULE 

The following are the events that will be taking place during the week of (January 27-31) for Celebrate Literacy Week. Everything on here is optional. If your child wishes to participate please send them to school with appropriate attire. At Colonial Elementary we are a team of Readers!

Monday: Read my shirt day, wear a shirt with words (School appropriate words)

Tuesday: Poem in my pocket, students will share a poem, wear a pocket

Wednesday: Million Minion Minutes, dress like a minion or wear yellow

Thursday: Reading Rainbow pre-K, K-Wear Red, 1st-Orange, 2nd- Yellow, 3rd Green, 4th Blue, 5th Violet

Friday: 100th day of school, dress like a 100 year old person
